So the top pictures feature my Rosie the Riveter look, what with the bandana and all. I have a TON of bandanas. Like seriously, man. Once, in 7th grade we had this day called "Band against Drugs", and people were supposed to wear their favorite band tees or maybe a wristband or *gasp* a bandana on their head (yet another item specifically prohibited by the school dress code). So what did I do? Well I was much too cool for their silly band tees--no, instead I tied all of my bandanas together into a dress and wore that.
Anyway, I especially like the bun here (although it is a tad bit difficult to see). It is rather like any other bun that I have done before, only I stuck pins through the hair in the top to hold it closer to my head. This makes it look less lumpy, and does not interrupt the flow of the back of my head. Yes, that's it--more aerodynamic.
So the rest of these pictures? Well I let my hair down, and it was super wavy! <3
